This cake was for a surprise 30th birthday party. Apparently his real last name was very Polish so we stuck with his nickname.

Thought I had put this one on before, but I hadn't. The pineapple was I think baked in a loaf pan and then sculpted to the right shape. The sand is crushed graham crackers. The Sponge Bob is made out of fondant. The leaves of the pineapple are green melted chocolate in the shape of leaves.

A 12" X 18" vanilla cake for a 5th birthday boy. I think the shark's name is Carl from Finding Nemo.

125 sugar cookies each hand decorated, taking appoximately 3 minutes each! Then they each had to go in their own individual bag and be tied with pretty ribbons! Good thing I like you Sarah and John!

Aidan's 5th birthday cake is of course R2D2! Surprisingly only one chocolate cake recipe needed for all that cake.

Probably my new favorite cake! I made this cake as a donation to the First Annual Brad Pinney Wine Tasting and Silent Auction to benefit the Melanoma Foundation of New England. The tiered cake is chocolate cake with black forest cherry filling, covered in buttercream and fondant. The wine bottle and glass are vanilla cake covered in buttercream and fondant. All of the decoration was hand painted using food coloring.

For my best customer, Denise, I made this marble cake forsted with buttercream frosting for her middle son's birthday. For those who don't know, the B is for the Boston Bruins.
This cake was not for my Audrey but for a co-worker's one-year-old daughter.
Just a simple sheet cake for some friends who were hosting a last minute birthday party.
Another cake for my wonderful customer, Marilyn! This was made to look like the "ugly horse" that her one year old grandaugther, Tess, just adores. Yes the mane and tail really stick out like that and the feet are hot pink.
